Relationship with
customers has been the focal point in overall marketing strategy of
Barkat Rice Mills (Pvt) Limited. The company has availed each and
every opportunity to reach out its customers at their doorstep to
entertain their queries up to their satisfaction. This was the main
idea behind individual-level participation of BRM at the recently held
ANUGA2001 at Koln-Germany.

A
large number of visitors were received and entertained at our stall by
a high ranking delegation from the company. Not only most of their
queries were responded to at the spot but they were also introduced to
the KAALAR Super Basmati, upcoming brand of BRM. Detailed company
brochures were made available as well as free product samples and
souvenirs. Visitors were pleased with the presentations made to them
giving a comprehensive insight on the operations of the company. The
company’s performance and commitment was also praised.
